Ann Quandt has spent most of her career as an executive in the nonprofit industry. Most recently, she was the COO and CFO at Upstream USA, a $60 million nonprofit focused on reducing unexpected pregnancy by increasing access to contraception in primary healthcare. As COO at Upstream, Ann led a team of 200 people focused on program implementation.

Prior to that, Ann was the CFO at Partners In Health (PIH), a now-$200 million international healthcare nonprofit based in Boston. At PIH, Ann was responsible for the global finance, accounting, grants management, and IT functions of the organization, spanning 10 countries and 200 health facilities. During her 11 years at PIH, Ann worked to develop a professional finance and accounting function that allowed the organization to more than triple in size and support the work of more than 18,000 PIH staff.

Although not presently working full time in order to spend more time with her three school-aged children, Ann sits on several nonprofit boards and takes on one to two pro bono projects a year.  She and her husband, Rob, live in Newton.

Ann is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys travel, running, tennis, and golf.
