The Pantry Manager will be the organization’s operational leader, managing the complex day-to-day logistics required to serve clients with dignity, compassion and respect. Having a full-time Pantry Manager will ensure the organization’s sustainability and allow us to accommodate even more members of the community who are struggling by continuing to extend our outreach, grow our client base, and expand our distribution hours.

The Pantry Manager, led by a committed volunteer Board and working alongside a robust corps of over 200 volunteers, will develop and implement plans that meet the Newton Food Pantry’s strategic objectives, including efforts to expand client reach and improve client experience. We know that the Newton Food Pantry’s success will continue to depend on the on-going dedication and talent of our volunteers.
